AUTOMATIC STACKER MOD.ES-STACKER
The ES-STACKER automatic stacker is a device to be located at the exit of the tray former which collects and piles the ready trays.
The device features:
Robust frame in welded and painted steel.
Transport belt to transfer the ready trays from the exit of the tray former to the lifting/stacking station
Motor-driven mechanical lifting device
Counter for trays to be stacked, that can be easily programmed depending on the processed size
Transport of the stacked trays by means of two mechanical arms with electronically synchronized motors.
Outfeed roller belt at the exit of the stacker
The device also features:
Two photocells for the detection of jams on the transport belt and under the forming area
Machine guards with interlock switches
Remarks: Mechanical lifting stacker, equipped with four Italian SITI motors, makes stacking more stable. Different from cylinder stacker.
